Accountable for enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with overall business objectives. Drives digital transformation, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Oversees IT programs, systems, cybersecurity, and data governance. Effectively guides performance of all information services programs, systems, and equipment used in the support and operation and strategic development of the company. Responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive IT and digital strategy, managing enterprise architecture, and ensuring strong governance across all technology platforms, including assets ashore and on-board company-owned or operated vessels. Collaborates with other business executives and, when needed, leads projects to support innovation initiatives, including AI adoption, data governance, and business intelligence activities as well as support operations projects requiring IT support. Acts as the primary liaison for technology partnerships, vendor negotiations, Maersk collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
