What to Expect The Failure Analysis teamdeterminesroot cause and contributing factors to improve Tesla products in collaboration with engineering teams. Technicians on the team support analysis of vehicle and energy systems including the existing fleet and new products under development. This is a high-visibility support role that requires hands-onassistancein materials analysis of electromechanical components. You will work closely with engineers on systems such as batteries, power electronics, infotainment, and low voltage devices. You will gain experience in materials engineering methods to contribute to reliability and innovation in Tesla vehicles and energy solutions.
