The Salesforce Developer will serve as a key technical contributor driving enhancements across Rigaku's global Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including configuration, customization, and integration between Salesforce and the Infor Syteline ERP ecosystem. Essential Functions of the position include:
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce functionality (Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations) Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Syteline ERP Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Optimize system performance and recommend automation improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT Troubleshoot integration, data, and system issues Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management Produce technical documentation and architectural diagrams Ensure data governance and security best practices
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
- Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience
- 3+ years ERP integration experience (Syteline strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting Lead-to-Cash or order management workflows
- Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows
- REST/SOAP APIs, Git, Integration middleware
- Preferred: Syteline ERP, MuleSoft/Boomi
- Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Preferred: Platform Developer II, Architect-level certifications
