Job Summary

The Lead Change Management Specialist in Priority Health's Transformation Office will guide our organization through strategic changes, ensuring the adoption of new processes, technologies, and business strategies are achieved with minimal disruption. This person will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies, plans, and tactics for strategic initiatives that maximize adoption while minimizing resistance. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of change management methodologies, tactics, and best practices and is adept at analyzing organizational culture to tailor approaches that fit specific needs.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The Change Management Lead will work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, Enterprise Agile Coaches, communication specialists, training advisors, change agents, and change management counterparts.

This role is critical in fostering a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement, enabling the organization to adapt quickly and meet its business goals.

Essential Functions
  • Appliesappropriate methodologiesto lead change management activities.
  • Designs and implements change management strategies, plans, and tactics frominceptionto completionwith minimal guidancethat maximize adoptionandminimizeresistance.
  • Conductsstakeholderanalyses toidentifykey stakeholders,change impacts,and change readiness.
  • Designs activities to build andmonitorchangereadiness,modifying/adapting as needed.
  • Advocate for and provide coaching where needed on what change management entails, the importance, the benefits, and how leaders can support their teams through transitions.
  • Creates and manages measures to track the adoption,utilization, andproficiency(or other success metrics) of changes.
  • Monitors and reports on the progress and effectiveness of change efforts.
  • Documents all change management activities, ensuring documentation is updated and maintained.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications, while also working closely with Communications Specialistsas needed.
  • Communicate clearly and transparently about upcoming changes and how individualswill be affected.
  • Identifypotential risks andanticipateresistance to change, implementing mitigation plans when needed.
  • Builds andmaintainsstrong relationships throughout Priority Health, such aswithHR, internal communications,marketing,operational/business leaders, and Transformation Office team members, to name a few,to effectively collaborate on and drive the change initiatives.
  • Maintains a consistent feedback loop withmanager, initiativeleadership, and any other identified personas, to keep a pulse on the change effectiveness and any potential mitigation tactics that may be needed.
  • Leads and coaches other Change Specialists on conducting change-related activities.
  • Comfortable leading change efforts solowith minimal direction as well asleading a Change team.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience participating in large scale programs, projects or system wide initiatives focused on organizational transformation
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in change management, preferably utilizing Prosci's ADKAR framework

Preferred

  • Master's Degree
