Key Responsibilities: * Perform hands-on Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, including: * Backing up and restoring user data * Installing and configuring Windows 11 * Reinstalling applications and ensuring compatibility * Validating successful migration and user acceptance * Maintain accurate documentation of each migration, including asset tracking and ticket updates * Provide deskside support for post-migration issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity * Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues * Ensure all work is performed in compliance with IT security and privacy policies * * Top Skills & Qualifications * Required: Documented experience working with Windows 10/11 * Preferred: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification * Strong customer service and communication skills in a clinical or enterprise environment * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting * Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT) and remote support platforms is a plus Why Join This Project? * Impactful Work: Support user base by ensuring their technology is up-to-date and reliable * Team Environment: Be part of a dedicated team supporting sites in San Diego, CA Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
