Cable Technician - Low Voltage Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: M-F, 7am-4pm TEKsystems' client is expanding rapidly and looking for skilled Cable Technicians to support major upcoming projects across the Nashville area. What You'll Do * Install and route Cat6, voice, data, and CCTV cabling * Build out MDF/IDF closets (racks, ladder rack, labeling, cable pathways) * Perform punchdowns, terminations, and cable installation * Interact professionally with customers on-site * Support camera and access control installations MustHave Qualifications * 3+ years lowvoltage or commercial electrical cabling experience * Experience with Cat6, lowvoltage cabling, punchdowns, and closet builds * Must have basic lowvoltage tools and full PPE * Strong professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship * Comfortable working on construction sites (steeltoed boots required) Nice-to-Haves * Access control experience * CCTV/security hardware experience Why You'll Love This Role * Work with a growing integrator that prioritizes training and internal promotion * Consistent 40hour workweeks with a supportive, familystyle culture * Opportunity to grow into leadership as new projects ramp up * Limited travel * Headquarters in Nashville with additional regional offices Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.
