The Senior Project Manager - Enterprise, helps foster a culture of project management and process improvement by managing cross-functional initiatives across the organization that deliver strategic value and scalable growth throughout the organization. Combines soft, analytical and project management skills to provide oversight to strategic projects. Demonstrates passion about project management and helps cultivate an environment with a sense of urgency, cultural commitment, and excitement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (equivalent experience includes 4+ years in a project management related role in addition to below experience requirements)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management roles or directly managing/leading projects
  • Experience supporting project assessments, root cause analysis, and deep dives on problem projects to get them back on track
  • Experience in business process (re)design
  • Solid knowledge of standard PMO practices, methodologies, project metrics and KPIs
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Proven exceptional organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Proven solid business acumen and financial acumen
  • Thinks broadly and strategically, including the ability to translate long-term goals and objectives into short-term tactical plans and operational activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management related degree
  • PMP Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Experience managing complex projects where deadlines and scope shift frequently; demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Deep experience in both transactional (e.g. business processes) and operational environments
  • Demonstrated history of excellent facilitation and influence skills, working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated success leading projects in a hospital operations environment, working with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize large scale cross-functional projects and teams using lean six sigma and project management methodologies
  • Proven to maintain a safe environment, where everyone feels respected, empowered, and free to express their constructive thoughts and feelings
  • Proven to foster an environment of creativity and innovation, focusing on the empowerment and support of staff through tools and continuous process improvement
  • Proven ability to influence results without direct authority in a matrixed environment, with both internal and external stakeholders including vendors

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
