Electronic Specialty Gases (ESG) is a focused product line within the larger Air Liquide Electronics (ALE) organization that specializes in providing a diverse portfolio of highly purified specialty gases to our customers. The ESG product line is poised for strong growth over the coming years as leading semiconductor companies are making multi-billion dollar investments to expand manufacturing capacity in the United States and globally. The Morrisville PA plant is expanding its chemical process engineering and technical team to ensure it is well poised for these growth opportunities. 1. Cylinder Checking a. Physical inspection of new and return cylinders & bundles such as : year test or tube accessories, Paints, Valves, Caps etc. b. Check condition of frame bundles and manifold c. Sort between ready-to-fill cylinders and bundles and cylinder and bundles to maintenance area 2. Cylinder Maintenance a. Inspect the cylinder treatment equipment such as hydrotest machine, dryer, painting equipment, oven before operation to be safe and can be operated properly. b. Cylinder or valve leak test before install it using soapy water c. Painting the cylinder in accordance with goverment compliance and standards d. Conduct Cylinder testing with hydrotest machine in accordance with government regulation e. Conduct valving-devalving of cylinder in accordance with AL safety standards f. Conduct drying & vacuum bake oven of cylinders g. Ensure the conformity of the cylinders according to the color and its gas h. Ensure the handover process of cylinder to filling area conduct properly i. Initialize GTS barcode on the cylinder after maintenance process 3. Cylinder Accessories a. Conduct replacement of a defect accessories b. Install the cap and valve type according to gas and cylinder allocation c. Attached stickers according to product specifications and grades" Safety 4. Quality Check Maintenance a. Conduct quality check of dew point check per batch cylinder VBO as product specification needed. b. Ensure the integrity of quality of all products c. Must be qualified to do functional testing on analyzers _____________________ Are you a MATCH? High School Diploma or equivalent Have a full range of motion and be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds Be able to operate a forklift, jack pallet truck and other cylinder movement type equipment.
