Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative is the Fluno Center Front Desk's first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support while helping create the warm, professional atmosphere that defines the Fluno experience. This role oversees guest check-ins and check-outs, assists with program and event support, and provides general information to ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for. The front desk is the heart of the Fluno Center - the hub of information and hospitality for our guests, conference attendees, and staff alike. Schedule is Sunday - Thursday working 9:30am-6pm. Key Job Responsibilities:
WI Union - Fluno Center Front Desk Compensation:$18.00 per hour -Plus an additional $2.50 per hour for night hours worked (6pm-6am). -Plus an additional $0.80 per hour for weekend hours worked. -Plus Time and a half per hour for hours worked on designated legal holidays.
