The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care by following the individualized Plan of Care, ensuring patient safety, well-being, and satisfaction.

Experience with WellSky/Kinnser and Home Health is a plus.

RN must live in Broward County or surrounding areas.

  Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN

  Promptly communicate changes in patient condition or emergencies to the care team

  Provide nursing services within scope of practice, including:

    Wound care

    Infusion therapy

    
    
  • 
    

    Catheter care

    
    
  • 
    

    Transferring and positioning patients

    
    
  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  
  
• 
  

  Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail

  
  
• 
  

  Anticipate issues and appropriately escalate or resolve concerns

  Prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency

  
  

• 
  

  Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

  
  
• 
  

  2 years of Home Health experience

  
  
• 
  

  OASIS experience required

  
  
• 
  

  EMR experience required (WellSky preferred)

  
  
• 
  

  Strong wound care and infusion skills

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to document accurately and timely in an electronic health record
