Job Summary:
* Reports to the Maintenance Branch Manager
* Directs the maintenance efforts for the Equipment Maintenance Section to execute contract requirements and meet
customer requirements.
* Operationally manage the work centers assigned (Egress, AIS, EW, E&E back shops and AFREP). Perform
supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws to include: training
employees; planning, assigning and directing work, and resolving problems and/or complaints.
* Know, understand, and comply with the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
* Enforce strict adherence to technical data, management procedures, and company policy.
* Possess extensive knowledge of DAFI 21-101 (and applicable supplements) and other AFIs and directives that pertain
to aircraft operations, scheduling, and responsibilities.
* Ensure AIS, E&E and EW shops support Repair Network Integration as a program repair node IAW DAFI 20-117.
* Ensure aircraft and equipment forms and MIS documentation are completed and accurate.
* Plan and execute shop equipment and personnel TDYs to support the customer.
* Develop, maintain, and verify the Equipment Maintenance Section's special certification rosters.
* Work directly with site-specific Government Officials on matters related to daily operations of contract. Coordinate
and communicate section's issues, concerns and efforts with external agencies including, but not limited to, 57 MXG,
Aircraft Maintenance Units, Command, and System Program Offices.
* Maintain Technical Data, bench and operating stocks, ensure maintenance, control, and storage of aircraft support
equipment, safety equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment.
* Perform any other supportive duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree highly desired. High School diploma required.
* Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
* Minimum 10 years hands on fighter aircraft maintenance experience with at least 5 years supervisory
experience. Experience in A-10, F-15, F-16, F-22 and/or F-35 Aircraft Maintenance functions.
* Must be able to work flexible shifts as required and travel as part of a maintenance recovery team as required.
* Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
* Must have an in-depth working knowledge of aircraft safety directives, aircraft/vehicle movement, flight line
operations, aircraft technical orders/job guides/publications (read, interpret, follow, and comprehend
schematics, diagrams, drawings, charts and technical publications).
* Must be willing to obtain/maintain aircraft/equipment Red X and IPI certification, and other special
certification roster items.
* Must be willing and able to conduct specialty on the job training as required.
* Obtain/maintain security clearance.
* Current valid U.S. Driver's License.
* Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs
such as Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.
* Work site is contained within a restricted area and requires the ability to obtain/maintain a government issued
Restricted Area Badge for unescorted access to the work site and to obey all requirements of the restricted
area.

Working Conditions:
* Environment ranges from office-like to hangar and flight line. Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping,
bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
* Must be physically capable of performing all assigned duties.
