Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Waukesha, WI)

We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support a Growing Home Health & Hospice Agency

As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greet visitors and staff
• Answer multi phone line system
• File paperwork
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and printed forms
• Manages dissemination of all paperwork
• Follow HIPAA guidelines
• Performs duties to achieve or exceed established service standards
• Assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly appearance throughout the office

Strong Applicants must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in customer service
• Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of PCs and Excel
• Critical thinker
• Great at multi-tasking
• Excellent customer service

Position Details:

• Location: Germantown Office.
• Schedule: Full-Time, 1st shift Monday-Friday.
• Compensation: $17-$19/hour
