Responsibilities: Assists in the planning and implementation of individualized behavior support plans. Collects, records, and reports data on client progress making specific instructional changes according to established guidelines Alerts team members to any areas of concern. Completes informal evaluations as required. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED - A valid Michigan Driver's License is required with no DUI's r OWI's in the last 5 years - BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association accepted.
