Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Logistics Manager for the EPASS Cyber and Networks Directorate (EPASS HN II) contract, supporting the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division,which is located at Lackland AFB,TX.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Years of Experience: Up to three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed. Two additional years of directly related experience with proper certifications may substitute for Bachelor's degree.
• Capable of identifying critical logistics requirements (e.g., funding, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services) needed to support the assigned effort.
• Proficient Microsoft office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
• Familiarity with defense acquisition management in accordance with the DoD 5000.
• Familiarity with the Product Support Business Case Analysis
• Familiarity with the logistics integrated product support model outlined in the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Capable of leading and completing complex projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, advising, and aligning logistics requirements with applicable policy, procedures, and guidance
• Ensuring Asset Management and Material Accountability are compliant with applicable policies, procedures, and guidance
• Supporting supply chain risk management to ensure supply chain assurance processes are compliant with applicable policies, procedures, and guidance
• Accomplishing a Logistics Health Assessment
• Supporting or leading development /update of Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP)
• Implementing and managing a Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) program
