FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days 8:00a-5:00p, Schedule: Mon-Fri Position Summary The Supervisor PHI is responsible for the daily financial and operational performance and supervision of staff in multiple locations and service areas. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of comprehensive high-quality clinical services that meet or exceed established standards of care/practice. The department serves patients in an outpatient and or inpatient setting and is responsible for integrating patient care across departments within MultiCare Health System. This is a supervisory, professional level position that requires independent judgment and discretion in decision-making. Work situations require interpretation and/or the development of policies, best practices, and procedures: leadership; optimization of financial and operational performance of the department; developing and training talent; managing information and leading change.Requirements
