Overview
The Counseling Coordinator is responsible for providing additional support and leadership for the masters level clinicians in the Behavioral Health department in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. The Clinical Coordinator supports the clinical needs of the Counselors and Mental Health Counselors by sharing practice expertise, giving valuable feedback to their clinical colleagues and leadership, supporting onboarding processes, cascading information to colleagues as well as serving as a mentor for new masters level clinicians. The Counseling Coordinator also provides outpatient counseling services while in the role of a Counselor. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $34.54per hour - $59.41per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
