Where You'll Make a Difference

* Oversee and coordinate payroll operations, ensuring accurate, on-time processing across North America.
* Supervise payroll staff, providing guidance, support, and clear communication to ensure high-quality output.
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal payroll regulations and company policies.
* Maintain and audit payroll records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
* Process payroll transactions-including wages, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and various types of leave-in a timely and accurate manner.
* Reconcile discrepancies, resolve payroll errors, and implement corrective actions.
* Prepare and deliver payroll reports to management, supporting decision-making with clear insights.
* Implement payroll best practices to enhance efficiency and standardize processes.
* Update and maintain payroll policies and procedures, and educate employees on payroll regulations and practices.
* Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to support cross-functional processes and ensure alignment.
* Address employee inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

What Makes You the Right Fit

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration or payroll operations.
* Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy under deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.
* Proficiency with payroll software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

How You Would Stand Out

* Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
* Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS/payroll platform.
* Familiarity with process improvement initiatives or payroll best practice frameworks.
