Job Duties Minimum Education High School Diploma/GED. Must possess a valid driver's license. Minimum Experience Two (2) years of experience at a FedEx Express facility as a Sr. Technician or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Must possess and maintain all certifications and/or licenses associated with the assigned skill group. Must obtain the Master Certification within 12 months of hire. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of excel spreadsheets, Microsoft word, MCIS, Mix, Logos and CFM Required. Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling including areas such as preventative maintenance and materials is preferred. AIM qualified and QDM Apprentice level or higher preferred. Must have the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications. Must be able to communicate effectively to the assigned skill group. Job Conditions Must be willing to work weekends, odd work weeks and variable shifts. Non-covered safety sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in New Jersey. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay will be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full-time employees, or part-time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked a minimum average of 12 hours per week, are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement and retirement savings.
