As the International Recruitment Officer (Admissions Officer I), you'll play a vital role in connecting talented students from around the world with transformative opportunities at Duke Kunshan University. Join a dynamic team within International Enrollment Management (IEM) that drives Duke's mission globally. You'll lead recruitment strategies, engage with students and influencers across the U.S. and international markets, and represent Duke at events worldwide. What You'll Do: 50% Develop and implement annual recruitment strategies for U.S. and select international markets, including building relationships with students, families, and influencers. Travel extensively during two recruitment seasons (September 1 - November 15 and January 15 - May 15) for high school visits, fairs, and conferences. 20% Participate in application review, including reading applications, verifying academic credentials, calculating GPAs, and conducting interviews. 15% Co-lead yield initiatives such as managing incoming class social media groups, monitoring external platforms, and organizing on-campus yield events. 5% Maintain accurate travel budgets and manage expenses in compliance with Duke and DKU policies. 5% Engage in professional development and training opportunities, including sessions in China and other global locations. 5% Perform additional tasks as assigned to support enrollment goals. Choose Duke. We're looking for someone with: Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $44,766.00 to USD $68,340.00.
