Machine Operator

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator in Benton, TN!

Pay: $14.00/hour + performance bonus

Schedule: Must be available to work all shifts (rotating schedule required)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the vide-jet printer on bottles every 10 minutes
• Frequently inspect and operate the filler line for smooth production
• Clear jams and quickly restart machinery when issues occur
• Operate the labeler during coworker break times
• Maintain cleanliness by mopping floors and cleaning drip pans during downtime
• Perform quality checks on materials to ensure production standards are met
• Troubleshoot and correct machine errors during operation
• Assist with general housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean work area

Requirements:

• This is an active role requiring regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• At least 3 years of machine operation or relevant manufacturing experience preferred
