What You Bring:

• SAP experience required.
• Experience in order processing, customer service, or distribution center/warehouse support.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Strong communication and data entry skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution/logistics environment.
• Bilingual a plus
• Stay calm under pressure and steady in fast-paced environments
• A problem solver who puts people first

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Juggle multiple tasks-calls, chats, emails-you've got it
• A great listener who documents accurately
• Always bring positive energy and empathy
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Process and enter customer orders (email, fax, EDI, phone) using SAP and Windows-based order entry systems.
• Verify order accuracy, pricing, shipping dates, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and carriers to track orders, resolve delays, and support on-time delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone/email and provide clear updates on shipments, delays, and order status.
• Prepare reports, maintain order records, and support distribution center operations.
