Hear what our hospital president has to say about what we do and why we do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qj5KuB34gU8 The Patient Care Technician (PCT) performs direct patient care tasks under the supervision of a nurse and taking into consideration the developmental needs of the patient, performs routine patient activities and delegated patient care procedures of a specialized and technical nature as competency documentation designates. The PCT utilizes basic clinical skills to support daily patient care activities, accurately records and reports pertinent clinical information, and demonstrates proficiency in the use of specialized patient care equipment to ensure a safe and supportive care environment. Salary Range: Minimum 18.41/hour - Maximum 27.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
