Utilize Excel to manage, analyze, and reconcile financial data. Perform data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency. Identify discrepancies and resolve issues using critical thinking skills. Provide excellent customer service to students, families, and internal departments regarding financial matters. Maintain compliance with institutional policies and regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial processes. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in an office environment. Past experience in financial services, banking, accounting or billing is helpful Solid understanding and hands-on experience using Excel, pivot tables & v lookups required Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in student financial services or a related field is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance is preferred but not required. The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
