You Are:

UST is searching for a Technical Leadership Resource who will train and coach, the development team, resolving technical questions and obstacles related to .NET.

The opportunity:

* Collaborate with technical areas (front-end, back-end, data, QA, data science) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

* Define the design system with the product owner, prioritizing user experience in .NET products.

* Collaborate with development teams, product designers, product architects, the COE technical team, portfolio leads, and product managers.

* Interact with security and data teams to ensure technical requirements and data interconnection in .NET solutions are met.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* Advanced proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies.

* Experience in software architecture and security, preferably in the cloud (Azure).

* Knowledge of IT and security protocols and standards.

* Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

* Ability to define and maintain scalable and secure .NET architectures.
