This position will work with the Stores Services Team responsible for implementing, managing, and improving national facility maintenance, repair, and sustainability programs for all PSG stores in the US and Canada.

Working hours for the position are variable and start as early as 7:00 am and finish no later than 5:00 pm.

  • Serve as a key contact for internal teams and external partners, addressing inquiries related to HVAC systems and other national facility and sustainability programs.

  • Leverage the HVAC Energy Management System (EMS) to proactively and retroactively diagnose system issues prior to dispatching service.

  • Manage and make strategic procurement decisions for an annual HVAC capital budget exceeding $2M within one PSG Division.

  • Review and analyze national vendor billing data to identify errors, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives as assigned, ensuring project timelines and deliverables meet department standards.

EDUCATION

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • LEAN / Six Sigma Certification

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Data analysis utilizing excel or other systems

  • Customer Service experience

Preferred:

  • Facility Maintenance

  • Project Management

  • Sustainability

  • Sherwin-Williams Retail Store Experience

  • Continuous Improvement

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and problem resolution.

  • Delivers clear, courteous, and solution-oriented communication to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).

  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking - Turning insights into actionable recommendation.

  • Clear and professional phone etiquette for handling inbound and outbound calls.

  • Prior knowledge of Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores or Retail Operations.
