Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager to support the rollout and evolution of the Brand Building Virtuous Circle (BBVC) framework at Nestle USA. This role sits within the Center for Demand Generation, our Center of Excellence for Marketing and Commercial Excellence. As a key contributor to the BBVC team, you will work cross functionally to embed consumer-centric brand and commercial planning and drive strategic initiatives that accelerate brand growth across divisions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support BBVC Implementation: Partner with Division Brand Leaders and cross-functional teams to apply the BBVC framework, co-develop brand growth strategies, and ensure alignment with global and zone stakeholders
- Analytical Insight: Analyze and synthesize complex data to generate actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and craft compelling, evidence-based narratives that strengthen strategic recommendations
- Strategic Planning: Translate insights into actionable brand plans that inform Long Range and Y+1 commercial strategies. Lead hypothesis development and scope initiatives that drive brand growth
- Capability Building: Collaborate with Brand and Commercial Leaders to embed BBVC capabilities and new ways of working into their teams to ensure sustained adoption and long-term impact
- People Leadership: Manage and develop direct reports (Sr Associate / Analyst), fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration. Provide clear direction, ongoing coaching, and performance feedback to support individual development and team effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with stakeholders across levels, from Brand Managers to senior leadership, to elevate strategic thinking and drive alignment
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of the BBVC framework by incorporating internal feedback and external best practices
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, commercial excellence, analytics or consulting (CPG focus preferred)
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights, with deep analytical and project management expertise, with a track record of running complex, integrated analytical workstreams
- Familiarity with consumer research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews) and syndicated data sources (e.g., POS and panel data)
- Demonstrated ability to lead disciplined, fast-paced cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and build alignment amongst key stakeholders
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite: specifically, PowerPoint as a visualization and presentation tool for fast-turnover content and Excel for data analyses
- Experience driving change and embedding new capabilities within large organizations
- Founders' and challenger's mindset to set the pace for a new ways of working across the enterprise
- Exceptional ability to operate at different altitudes with excellence
- Familiarity with marketing and commercial concepts such as SRM, media planning, and consumer segmentation
