Summary of the Job: About This Role: What You'll Do: * Build strong day-to-day working relationships with vendor partners to continuously improve service quality and value * Manage performance standards and service agreements, serving as the go-to person when issues need executive attention * Verify quality, confirm SLAs, and hold vendors accountable when standards are not met * Champion innovative service delivery approaches and help expand successful partnerships to new areas * Provide regular updates, ideas and escalations to executive leadership * Translate business needs into actionable service plans and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery * Partner with finance and IT leadership to build and maintain business cases that demonstrate value and support decision-making The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Key Skills: * Strong communication skills * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to constantly changing industry and environment * Self-starter with an ability to diagnose a problem, figure out what needs to be done and do it * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Able to build credibility & have impact at speed * Ability to make decisions and priority calls based on currently available information * Ability to successfully build relationships * Positive attitude, innovation and goal-oriented mindset * Analytical skills, especially with digging into data * 5-7 years related work experience Ideal Candidates May Have: * Project coordination or program management experience in any industry * Background in technology, operations, consulting, or vendor management * Experience with performance metrics, SLAs, or business case development Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $105,443.00-$179,253.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
