Description - External Sunoco, L.P., the leading operator of critical energy infrastructure and North America's largest independent fuel distributor, is looking for interns to join one of our fast-paced, high impact teams in Dallas. This is a twelve (12) week paid internship program beginning May 2026. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an expected graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. Summary: This role supports our Salesforce team with a mix of administrative and junior development work. You'll help with user provisioning, permission updates, Flow design, data maintenance, and light APEX development under the guidance of senior staff. This internship is fully in-office for the entire summer; no remote option is available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (dependent on department):

- Supporting light APEX development (small enhancements, bug fixes)
- Meeting with internal Sunoco business users to gather requirements
- Demoing solutions and explaining functionality to stakeholders
- Documenting changes, requirements, and configuration steps
- Helping with general day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. Preferably junior status (but sophomores and seniors enrolled in a Master's program will be considered). Open to all majors - if you bring the right attitude, curiosity, and drive, we can teach you the technical pieces.
Experience & Involvement
Demonstrated involvement in activities outside of academic coursework (student organizations, volunteer work, clubs, sports, part-time jobs, etc.). Above-average GPA preferred. Prior exposure to data analysis, systems, or technical projects is a plus (but not required).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong problem-solving abilities with intellectual curiosity to tackle unique and sometimes complex challenges. High level of accountability and a strong work ethic - we provide coaching, but interns are expected to own their work and follow through on tasks. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities or deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and professionally. Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with SQL or programming concepts is a plus. Interest in Salesforce, system administration, software configuration, or business process improvement is beneficial.
