Summary of the Job:

The Financial Advisor, Client Advisory Group (CAG) is a trusted financial advisor and advocate for First National Investments & Planning clients and prospects with simple to moderately complex financial planning and investment needs. This role provides advice through the integrated delivery of financial planning, investment management & insurance services. The Advisor will support our existing local, regional, and national client base, by deepening client relationships through an understanding of each individual client's needs, utilizing product-agnostic strategies, and commitment to fiduciary standards.

About This Role:

  • Serve as an advisor to clients with traditional investment needs, working to assess client financial situations and determine investment objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Provide financial planning services and investment recommendations to clients and prospects.
  • Develop relationships with referral sources to identify new business and partner with internal bank specialists to provide a comprehensive solution to clients.
  • Expand and retain client relationships through comprehensive account management and subject matter expertise.
  • Provide administration assistance to an assigned portfolio observing risk management and compliance policies.
  • Support investment program initiatives through active engagement with clients, prospects and internal business partners.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience in investment and financial services
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations
  • State Life, Accident & Health and Variable Contract insurance licenses
  • Fast thinking sales and client engagement mentality
  • Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the industry and the economy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $49,637.00-$81,902.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
