The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Come where you will be part of our high-caliber team! SPA has a near-term need for a Senior Corporate Support Specialist. Responsibilities The successful candidate will work as a member of the Caledonia Program Corporate Support team performing the activities required for property and asset management, strategy development, governance, policy, records management, and infrastructure management. You will develop, deliver, and manage plans, processes, assessments, reports, and briefings to the customer supporting logistics, property management, asset management, application portfolio management, and capitalized property acquisitions activities. Perform Supply Chain Risk Management activities within acquisition, property, or asset management. Maintain Corporate Product List (CPL). Facilitate and implement an IT-IA-IM workforce management to ensure training, development, certification, and policy compliance. Develop, coordinate, and deliver, mitigation plans, technical data, plans of action, and milestones in response to customer inspections or audits, the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), or other external compliance reviews. Conduct and manage the processes for COMM's Governance Plan Update. Provide strategy development as required by the customer. Provide governance support. Develop, update, and maintain the COMM Publishing Library. Draft, edit, and publish the policies, plans, strategy documents, procedures, and requirements supporting the NRO Business Function (NBF) 50 Manager and/or Directorate operation, program, or service function, in accordance with customer protocols, CIO Governance and COMM Governance. Conduct and manage the processes and milestones for the annual Statement of Assurance (SOA). Support logistics/space management, property management, employee processing (on/off boarding), awards management, training, and travel support. Develop, maintain, and implement a file structure and approved records management strategy. Provide Continuity of Operations (COOP) support by developing and maintaining continuity, resilience, exercise, and war game plans/procedures, exercising, and testing the plans/procedures for risks, issues, and opportunities. Plan and/or facilitate meetings to include presentation materials, action item capture, and tracking to closure. Support NRO and/or COMM Directorate level Action Item research and response. Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside the organization. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
