As a Security Officer - Government Perimeter Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with local authorities and Allied Universal management as required for incident response and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as per Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as appropriate for the government facility.
• Provide visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and/or breaches of site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
