As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Center - Full Time in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional in an access control role at a food and beverage location, you will monitor entrances, manage badge access, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and vendors with access-related inquiries and directions.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to maintain a secure environment within the food and beverage facility.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe for unusual activity and help to deter potential security-related threats.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
• Support emergency response activities as required, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with first responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
