Bank of England Mortgage We are excited to offer a *NEW* Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the Mortgage Industry. The Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) is a structured, full-time development program that prepares motivated candidates for a career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Participants begin as Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), receive hands-on training in the mortgage process, and transition into a licensed LO role within 12-18 months based on performance. This is a full-time position with typical business work hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, some over-time may be required. This is an non-exempt position.
