The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays an essential role in supporting patient care within the Radiation Oncologyclinics. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the LVN provides clinical and administrative support within the LVN scope of practice, working within a primary nursing model and following all University, Hospital, and departmental policies. In this role, you will support clinic operations by assisting RNs and leadership with patient flow, supplies, and equipment needs. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, PAs, radiation therapists, physicists, and other team members to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. As a Senior LVN, you will identify and report normal and abnormal symptoms, urgent concerns, and abnormal lab values to providers. You will also support clinical services related to radiation therapy and brachytherapy, independently prioritizing patient care needs across multiple clinic locations-including El Segundo, Westwood, Santa Monica, and additional sites as assigned. Schedules may vary based on operational needs. This role requires the ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs and to consistently use proper body mechanics in alignment with the Safe Patient Handling and Movement Plan (HS 8017). Salary: $36.34 - $47.94 hourly Qualifications
