We are pleased to present the following position for your consideration: Coordinator of Contingency Management - CADC, LSW, or LPC Position Overview: The Coordinator for Contingency Management (CM) is responsible for the coordination and delivery of evidence-based Contingency Management interventions to promote engagement, retention, and positive treatment outcomes for individuals participating in substance use treatment and recovery services. This position oversees the distribution and tracking of incentives in compliance with federal and state safe harbor provisions, monitors participant progress, documents outcomes such as attendance and adherence, and manages disenrollment processes when applicable. Core Responsibilities: * Deliver CM interventions consistent with program protocols and ethical standards. * Coordinate the tracking, documentation, and distribution of participant incentives in compliance with Safe Harbor provisions established by the Office of Inspector General (42 CFR * 1001.952(hh)). * Monitor participant attendance, engagement, and adherence to treatment or recovery plans. * Maintain accurate records of CM activities, incentives, and participant progress in the electronic health record (EHR). * Collaborate with treatment team members to integrate CM strategies into individualized treatment and recovery plans. * Identify and report trends, successes, and barriers related to CM participation and incentive effectiveness. * Manage disenrollment processes for participants who no longer meet criteria or discontinue participation. * Assist in developing and refining CM procedures and protocols to ensure program fidelity and compliance with funder expectations. * Participate in staff training and supervision related to CM practices. * Ensure ethical handling and secure storage of incentive materials and documentation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge: * Principles and practices of Contingency Management and behavioral reinforcement strategies. * Substance use disorders and recovery-oriented care models. * Applicable federal and state regulations, including OIG Safe Harbor guidelines for incentive programs. * Documentation standards and confidentiality requirements in behavioral health settings. Skills: * Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities with attention to detail. * Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Data collection, analysis, and outcome reporting. * Ethical decision-making and adherence to professional standards. Abilities: * Engage participants in a supportive and motivational manner. * Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. * Adapt and refine interventions based on participant feedback and program data. Education and/or Licensure Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. * Current credential required: CADC, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC. * Minimum of two years of experience providing behavioral health or substance use treatment services preferred. * Experience implementing evidence-based interventions or incentive-based behavioral programs strongly preferred.
