Richmond Va Pay From: $20 Per Hour MUST: The Medical Call Center Rep should have the following experience: 2+years of experience working in a multi provider medical practice site Experience working for a medical practice call center Strong customer service skills and comfortable working all phones Experience scheduling a high volume of medical office appointments Experience verifying insurance Registering patients Triaging patients Strong documentation skills Ability to troubleshoot phone calls and escalate as needed Documenting and updating patient information in EMR DUTIES: The duties of the Medical Call Center Rep include but are not limited to the following: Answer phone calls Schedule ophthalmic appointments Provide customer service support Verify insurance Register patients Document patient interactions in company database system Troubleshoot phone calls Document and update patient information in EMR Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
