**About the Opportunity**

Are you a meticulous and proactive individual with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations? We are seeking a dynamic Material Planner & Support professional to join our client's logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of materials crucial for the production of high-demand consumer products. Your expertise will directly impact manufacturing efficiency, cost management, and the ability to consistently meet customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive tangible improvements in a fast-paced and impactful environment.

**What You'll Do**

As a key member of the logistics and supply chain team, you will:

* Execute material requirement plans to guarantee the availability of supplies and work-in-process inventory, directly supporting production schedules.

* Maintain precise planning information for critical supplies within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring data accuracy for material and product changes.

* Proactively manage supply changes to align with business plans and minimize material obsolescence.

* Coordinate supply production with packaging and design timelines, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

* Engage with external partners to synchronize schedules and prioritize needs, preventing supply constraints and ensuring exceptional customer service.

* Contribute to and lead special projects focused on enhancing logistics and supply chain processes.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. (Will consider a high school diploma with strong, relevant experience.)

* Demonstrated thoroughness and exceptional attention to detail.

* Proven ability to organize resources, analyze alternatives, and make effective decisions.

* Strong communication skills, a track record of achieving results, and the ability to build trusted relationships.

* Willingness to challenge existing processes and facilitate diverse perspectives to drive innovative solutions.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

* Working knowledge of supply chain interactions and dynamics.

* Proficiency with common office productivity applications.

* A keen interest in data analytics.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22 to $25. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
