The Corporate IT Coordinator role will provide responsive quality customer service and support to internal employees within the organization. Services of the Corporate IT Team include but are not limited to desktop applications, mobile apps, office technology and physical devices (computers, monitors, printers, etc.) The Corporate IT Coordinator will greet employees at the window, fulfill requests, assist in troubleshooting and dispatch incoming tickets. Additionally, the role will support in office gatherings and town halls. Responsibilities
Provide assistance by triaging and resolving employee hardware, including laptops, desktops, printer, mobile phones and tablets promptly and professionally Ensure timely and professional assistance, maintain clear communication with users, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed. Document, track, dispatch and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution Record and manage equipment loans, returns or retirements Coordinate with Corporate IT staff regarding handling resolutions to persistent problems Raise and track vendor service requests for the warranty support of eligible computers Daily walk-throughs on the main floor to ensure technologies are working and resolve, if needed Assist with packing and unpacking equipment for shipment Receive equipment deliveries and check against the PO Coordinate with IT Asset Manager to maintain IT storage area, ensuring all items are clearly labeled and properly inventoried, and asset-tagged Coordinate with IT Asset Manager on inventory levels and stock threshold Report any discrepancies or missing items Ensure returned equipment are verified to be operational and that the return data is updated accordingly Communicate to customers in non-technical language regarding the status of reporting and/or data management Exercise sound judgment while problem solving customer challenges
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field, or equivalent industry certification (CompTIA A+, MS Certified: Modern Desktop Associate, Apple Certified Professional etc.) Excellent communication and writing skills Some technical knowledge and experience encompassing both software applications, printers, and hardware peripherals is a plus Experience with Windows and Mac OS support a plus Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Must be detail oriented and be able to learn on the fly Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time Capable of safely lifting and moving heavy items as needed Nice to have: Experience with Azure and Intune Nice to have: Experience with AV technologies, including setup and troubleshooting conference room components
The hourly pay range for this position is $24.81 to $30.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
