General Summary: The Metro Boston Professional Development Center (PDC) Manager will provide leadership and oversight for all operations of the Metro Boston PDC at Early Education Leaders, an Institute at UMass Boston. This role includes responsibility for the coordination and delivery of high-quality professional development and coaching services, maintaining excellence in program implementation, and ensuring clear communication with the field regarding available offerings in the Metro Boston region. The PDC Manager will also oversee data collection and reporting related to grant funded activities. Additionally, the Manager will serve as the thought partner and liaison in managing the partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, ensuring alignment with state priorities and compliance with contractual requirements. Qualifications: Master's degree in Early Education and Care or adjacent field Post master's certificate/Advanced graduate education in Early Childhood Education and Care and five to seven (5-7) years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
