Position Title: Barista Reports To: Assistant General Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Barista you would be primarily responsible for setting up and maintaining the Cafe. With minimal supervision, provide exceptional guest service by welcoming them and be well attended at all times. Responsible to track and collect payment for Cafe items for hotel guests and walk-ins. RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Assistant General Manager, retains relationships with peers and all other departments within the hotel/restaurant, maintains relationships with current and prospective guests.
