As a Security Professional - Healthcare Facility Patrols in Newtown Square, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You'll interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate at the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, visitors, and patients.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or disturbances within the healthcare environment.
• Report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual situations promptly to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and on-site contacts.
• Support healthcare staff by assisting with security-related matters and providing information or directions as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence and represent Allied Universal with integrity at all times while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
