Job Title: Financial Analyst

Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will be instrumental in driving financial insights through global reporting, business intelligence (BI) tools, and data warehouse systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

As a Financial Analyst you will:

  • Lead and support global financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across regions.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to optimize the data warehouse architecture for financial reporting and analytics.
  • Build, manage, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and drive strategic decisions.
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to provide financial insights that support business objectives.
  • Respond to daily ad hoc requests from cross-functional teams, providing timely and actionable financial insights.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Participate in the Company's annual budget, quarterly forecast, monthly flash, and strategic planning process.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize financial processes and reporting, ensuring scalability and long-term efficiency.
  • Collaborate with peers on all activities required to successfully complete projects.
  • Work on other special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external regulations.

Requirements

You're a great fit for this position if this describes you:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of accounting, reporting, and analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong background in a similar industry will be considered as well.
  • Experience with global reporting and working across multiple regions and currencies.
  • Experience with an ERP used in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Expert with Power BI. Tableau or other BI tool experience
  • Experience with Salesforce data and analytics
  • Experience working for a private equity owned business is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple and diverse projects including, analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing, problem solving, decision making, creativity in presenting various options and carrying out projects with minimal supervision.
  • Eagerness and comfort in performing in a fast-paced environment while responding and adapting to change favorably.
  • Consistently positive attitude along with the ability to work cohesively in a team environment with the proven ability to manage teams through honest communication, consistency, and upstanding principles.
  • Proven ability to make fast data driven decisions based on the best available information and excellent problem-solving experience, adapting based on performance.

  • Handles data with confidentiality, thinks out of the box, and works without excessive supervision while building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including accurate spelling, punctuation, and grammar for producing error-free letters, reports, and decision-making documents.
  • Demonstrates outstanding tact and diplomacy for effective customer service, conflict management, and relationship building with internal and external contacts.
