Responsibilities **Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award** Peraton is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader in support of our National Aerospace Sector. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that partners with the Vice President, Human Resources, in support of talent/workforce priorities for the Sector and across Peraton. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, engaging with business leaders in securing the talent necessary to deliver growth and execution of customer programs, providing superior internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
The ability to build trusted relationships with the Sector leadership team and translate key talent priorities in support of business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in productivity and development of HR

Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
