VP, Solutions Engineering
Strategic leadership: Define the long-term vision and strategy for solutions engineering, ensuring it aligns with company objectives.
Team management: Build, scale, and mentor a large, high-performing team of solutions engineers.

Customer focus: Translate complex technology into clear, customer-centric, business value and ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, and engineering to align strategies and goals.

Technical expertise: Guide the development of repeatable and scalable solutions, showcasing how the company's technology solves customer problems and delivers measurable business outcomes.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $247,000.00-300,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
