3364 Manufacturing Engineer - Fabrication Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer will support Enerflex's Spool and Vessel Fabrication departments by defining, improving, and sustaining core manufacturing processes. This role bridges engineering and operations-focusing on how work is performed and how to make it better. The Manufacturing Engineer partners closely with Managers and Supervisors in Spooling, Vessel, Hydro, Paint, and Fabrication Planning to identify and eliminate waste, formalize best practices, and improve cost, duration, and quality performance across the value stream. This position reports to the Director, Fabrication and will be an active contributor to Enerflex's Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Principle Responsibilities and Duties
