The Role:
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring
successful delivery of projects from award through installation with a focus on
exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for executing projects
within scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project life cycle.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner
    with engineering and sales teams to understand project requirements and
    constraints to complete project plan and conduct internal and external
    kick-off meetings.
  • Responsible
    for creating and managing project schedule, budget, communication plan,
    and risk register. Responsible for planning and execution of risk
    management plans.
  • Align
    project plan with cross-functional groups, including engineering, quality,
    and manufacturing. Work with cross-functional groups to develop mitigation
    plans and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Serve
    as the primary point of contact for customers and third-party inspectors.
  • Build customer relationships, while balancing business priorities. Resolve
    customer complaints and issues.
  • Prepare
    internal and external project reports and conduct project status meetings.
  • Manage
    project scope and changes. Prepare, submit, and manage internal and
    external change orders.
  • Conducts
    lessons learned to develop and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    of three years of experience managing complex development or manufacturing
    projects.
  • Bachelor's
    degree from four-year college or university.
  • Experience
    interpreting customer specifications, contract terms, and proposals.
  • JDE
    systems and Microsoft Project experience preferred.
