Duties & Responsibilities

  • Writes clear, compelling, strategic and brand-aligned content for various marketing channels (social media, web, email, print, video) and across a wide range of tones and styles (advertising, journalism, medical/technical, scripts) for multiple audiences.

  • Researches topics and gathers background info to support content creation; Conducts interviews with subject matter experts to inform content.

  • Proofreads and edits content for grammar, clarity, and brand standards.

  • Collaborates with designers, strategists, and other writers to create cohesive materials; Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.

  • Maintains content assets such as templates and style guides.

  • Takes direction and applies feedback to improve content.

  • Independently manages multiple, complex projects with minimal oversight; Takes ownership of assigned projects, including deadlines and revisions.

  • Develops and writes content aligned with marketing goals and audience needs.

  • Optimizes content for SEO and digital best practices; Produces and publishes content across digital and social platforms.

  • Offers peer reviews and feedback to junior writers.

  • Stays informed on industry trends and emerging content formats.

  • Presents work confidently to internal stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degrees
    • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
  • Experience
    • Four (4) years experience in agency or corporate marketing environment
  • Equivalency
    • Four years' experience above stated requirements may substitute for bachelor's degree.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $82,095.81 to $123,143.72
