Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager, Acquisitions Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives designed to support the successful integration and growth of newly acquired clinics. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline marketing efforts across newly acquired clinics, consolidating resources and uncovering cost efficiencies without compromising local impact or performance. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven marketer with deep experience in omnichannel campaigns, local market activation, and change-sensitive communications. A strategic thinker with strong executional skills and a collaborative mindset will thrive in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Growth, Sales, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with clinic transition plans
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate marketing resources and find cost efficiencies
  • Set campaign objectives and KPIs tailored to acquisition timelines and goals
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for newly acquired clinics
  • Manage acquisition budget allocation across channels with a focus on efficiency and ROI
  • Lead testing and optimization of messaging and media strategies in new markets
  • Provide unified reporting and actionable insights to guide post-acquisition marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with brand team to transition through co-branding and rebranding phases while adapting to local market nuances and legacy patient expectations
  • 15-20% Travel to Clinics


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
  • 8-10 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic marketing environment
  • Proven success in integrating new locations, products, or services
  • Experience in lead generation and program optimization for consumer brands, service organizations or client marketing organizations
  • Expertise developing strategy for omnichannel (digital, advertising, events, web) campaigns

Must have skills:

  • Proven ability to manage and adapt marketing strategies across diverse brands and geographic regions
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing tactics with track record of improving campaign efficiency, lead quality and conversion rates
  • Skilled in managing marketing budgets with a focus on identifying cost-saving opportunities and consolidating resources
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to make go forward recommendations based on results
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational, follow-up and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects across teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong MS Office and project management software
  • Excellent project management and leadership acumen
  • Above average written, verbal and presentation skills

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of content optimization
  • Experience with AI marketing tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Looker
  • A process-improvement and positive mindset

Target Salary range: 105 - 118k Base + Bonus
