Job Title: Massachusetts AuD (Team Lead), HearingLife Onsite Senior Care (OSC) Reports To: Head, HearingLife Onsite Senior Care Division
Location: Massachusetts, Hybrid We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Audiologist to lead our Onsite Senior Care Team in Massachusetts. This role requires a dynamic leader with a 'can do' attitude, who is motivated by helping Residents live their best lives, and guide a dedicated team to achieve excellence in both business and clinical performance. As a Player/Coach, you will:
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide direct hearing care services to residents in Senior Living Communities, setting the standard for compassionate and effective treatment.
- Lead and Inspire: Build a high-performing team, fostering a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure high clinical quality standards and exceptional patient experiences.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Expand OSC's footprint across Massachusetts by building strong, trust-based relationships with Senior Living Facility leadership and staff.
Responsibilities
Hearing Provider Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care & Diagnostics: Clinical expertise, compassionate communication, and patient-centered care. Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, fit and program hearing aids.
- Patient & Family Education: Educate residents and their families on hearing health, and the benefits of hearing solutions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all healthcare regulations.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and community staff; serve as a compassionate and knowledgeable resource.
Team Lead Responsibilities
- Leadership: Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Performance Management: Drive operational excellence to meet/exceed goals with clear direction, performance monitoring, timely feedback, and recognition
- Talent Development & Coaching: Support team members to reach their full potential, role-model expected behaviors
- Recruitment & Team Building: Attract, identify, and retain top talent
- Strategic Planning & Problem Solving: Develop impactful action plans to optimize resources, anticipate obstacles and lead smart, collaborative problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications
- Licensed Audiologist in Massachusetts
- Tech savvy, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Physically fit (we are mobile)
- A Flu Shot may be required
- Team leadership experience preferred
- Experience working with elderly populations is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication, team building and presentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Fosters a collaborative environment; maintains a high level of Team Member engagement
- Ability to travel to onsite locations within 1 hour of your home.

The Salary range for this position is $95K-$105K base plus monthly bonus, monthly commission, and mileage.
