#upjobs The University Physicians Finance and Plan Administration department seeks applications for a Clinician Compensation and Recruitment Specialist within the Clinician Compensation and Recruitment team. Perform diverse and complex financial analyses to support School of Medicine and University Physicians department faculty and clinicians regarding recruitment and compensation activities. Detailed and accurate analysis and reporting of routine and ongoing operations and projects. Job Description * Complete complex financial calculations using both financial and healthcare terminology. Manage more than 80 incentive plans annually for modification, addition, and approval. This position is eligible for the University Physicians work from home program Shift
Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration or business administration or HFMA Certified Healthcare Finance Professional (CHFP). Years of Experience: A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Anticipated Hiring Range
